What is Members Matter?

A feedback program committed to connecting with members to understand their experiences with Premera. Listening to and learning from our members is key to creating a better experience in the future.

We might ask you to share your story with Premera employees, other members, or the general public. Your participation is completely voluntary. If there's any activity or project that you're not interested in, just let us know.

How do I join Members Matter?

1. Complete the About Me form.

2. Once your information is received, a Members Matter representative will reach out to you to discuss next steps and schedule some time to get to know you and learn more about your experiences with Premera.
