Premera Blue Cross Medicare Supplement Plan G
Medicare Supplement Plan G can be used at any hospital or provider nationwide that accepts Medicare. The plan is designed to offset your Medicare coverage by reducing your out-of-pocket expenses and providing additional benefits. It pays some Medicare deductibles and coinsurances, but primarily supplements only those services covered by Medicare.
Medicare Supplement Plan G does not include prescription drug coverage. If you select this plan, you may have to enroll in Medicare Part D to get your prescriptions, unless you have other creditable prescription drug coverage (for example, Veterans Affairs benefits).

As of January 1, 2020. Premera Blue Cross Medicare Supplement Plan F does not accept new members.

Getting started: Once you are a Premera Blue Cross member, sign in to your Premera member account today and click Active&Fit Direct listed under Senior Discounts and then link to Active&FitDirect.com to register. Members are responsible for an enrollment fee and monthly fees, plus any applicable taxes, payable to the Active&Fit Direct Program.
