Identification #: Also known as your ID number, this identifies you as a Premera member
Rx Group #: Retail and mail-order pharmacies use this number to validate your drug coverage
Medical network: The name of your network of providers
Rx Plan: Use this code to search for drugs in the Rx Search tool
Cost shares: This area displays the cost share (the amount you pay) for certain services, such as PCP visits, emergency room, and retail and mail-order pharmacy.

Set up your online account so you can track your claims, pay your bill, use the mail-order pharmacy, and find cost estimates. You'll want to have your ID card handy to create your new account.
If you've previously created an account for a 2019 or prior plan, you'll need to register for a new account to access your 2020 plan information.
You can designate a PCP in your online account. Sign in or create your account for 2020 — even if you've already created one for a 2019 or prior plan — then go to My Account > ID Cards & PCP from the top menu options.
