Getting started is easy.
Here are 5 things we recommend you do, so you can start using your plan right away.
1 CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Set up your online account so you can pay your bill, track your claims, use the mail-order pharmacy, and find cost estimates. You'll want to have your ID number handy to create your new account—located on your invoice or ID card. If you've previously created an account for your Premera health plan, you do not need to register for another one.
2 VIEW YOUR PCP
Sign in to your online account to to view your primary care provider (PCP). Learn all about PCPs here. On most plans, you'll get a lower copay when you see your designated PCP (HSA plans subject to deductible and coinsurance). To update your PCP, please contact Customer Service at 800-607-0546.
3 SIGN UP FOR AUTOPAY
Automatically pay your monthly premium using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. Sign in to your account and select My Account then Make a Payment.
4 REVIEW YOUR ID CARD
You can expect to receive your ID card within 10 business days of making your first payment.

Member: Your name
Identification #: Also known as your ID number, this identifies you as a Premera member
Rx Group #: Retail and mail-order pharmacies use this number to validate your drug coverage
FRONT, RIGHT
Medical network: The name of your network of providers
Rx Plan: Use this code to search for drugs in the Rx Search tool
Cost shares: This area displays the cost share (the amount you pay) for certain services, such as PCP visits, emergency room, and retail and mail-order pharmacy.

Where to mail any paper claims or correspondence

5 KNOW WHAT YOU'LL PAY FOR CARE
First, you must meet your deductible. This is the amount you pay for covered services before your Premera plan starts to pay.
